Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnapCloth website, apps and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use SnapCloth, and old enough to make a purchase in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos you have the right to use, primarily of yourself. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, images of minors, or content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent any limits or security of the Service, and do not use it to build a competing dataset or model. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content & ownership of generated images

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant SnapCloth a limited licence to process those images solely to provide the Service (for example, sending them to our AI processing provider to generate your result and storing your gallery). As between you and SnapCloth, the try-on images you generate are yours to use for personal and lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any garment, brand, or third-party imagery complies with applicable rights and the source's terms.

Coins & purchases

SnapCloth uses virtual coins to generate images. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed when you generate looks. New accounts receive a one-time bonus of free coins. Purchases on the web are processed by our payment partner Paddle (Merchant of Record); in the mobile apps, purchases are processed by Apple and Google. See our Pricing and Refund Policy for details.

AI content & disclaimer

Try-on images are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly represent real fit, colour, texture, or fabric behaviour. They are provided for visualisation only and are not a guarantee of how a garment will look or fit in person. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapCloth and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and continued use means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with the law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
