Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 June 2026

SnapCloth lets you try fabrics and outfits on yourself using AI. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your choices.

What we collect

Your email and a securely hashed password; the photos and product links you provide; the try-on images you generate; device and advertising identifiers, app-usage and diagnostics data (for security, analytics and ads); and coin purchases (processed by Apple/Google/RevenueCat - we receive a confirmation, not your card details).

How your images are processed (third-party AI)

To generate a try-on, the photo and the fabric/garment image you select are sent to a third-party AI processing provider solely to produce your result. We ask for your explicit permission in the app before any image is sent. These images are used only to generate your look - they are not used to identify you, for advertising, or to train AI models. The provider processes them under its own privacy terms, which provide protections comparable to those described here. The generated result is then stored in our secure cloud storage so you can access your gallery.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase (in the mobile app) and Google Analytics (on our website) to understand how the product is used and to improve it. These tools collect app/website-usage events, device and app identifiers, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

Advertising

The mobile app shows ads through Google AdMob, and we use the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure our app-install advertising campaigns. To do this, these services may collect device and advertising identifiers and limited app-usage and approximate-location data, and the Meta SDK may share advertising identifiers with Meta for ad measurement and optimisation. On iOS we ask for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any cross-app tracking, and in the EEA/UK/Switzerland we show a consent prompt; if you decline, you still see non-personalized ads. See Google's advertising policy and Meta's privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share data with

A third-party AI processing provider (image generation); a secure cloud storage provider (image storage); Apple, Google & RevenueCat (payments); Google AdMob (advertising); Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics); and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement). Each processes data only for these stated purposes.

Deletion

You can delete your account anytime from the app/website, which removes your account, photos and generated images.
