This Refund Policy explains when payments made on SnapCloth can be refunded. By making a purchase you agree to this policy.
Coins are non-refundable
SnapCloth sells virtual coins, which are a consumable digital product delivered to your account immediately after payment and usable right away. Because of this, coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Subscriptions & other paid services
Where SnapCloth offers a subscription or another paid service, refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms presented at the time of that purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges; cancellation stops renewals but does not retroactively refund a period that has already started, unless required by law.
Failed, duplicate, or unauthorised charges
We will always make things right if something goes wrong with a payment. You are entitled to a full refund or credit if:
- you were charged but the coins were not added to your account;
- you were charged more than once for the same order; or
- a charge was made in error or not authorised by you.
How to contact us
For any billing question or to report a payment problem, email info@snapcloth.app from the address on your account, including your order ID from the payment receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by our payment partner Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Any approved refund is issued to your original payment method through Paddle and typically appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Any coins associated with a refunded charge are removed from your account.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
